The Beach Walker complex is a highly sought-after area on the Omni grounds, and this villa is located in the prime buildings with the best views and closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, a short walk away, featuring a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area. While staying in this property you can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a game of golf on one of the Resort's famous luxury golf courses! The Omni Amelia Island Resort has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The Resort encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. The Beach Walker pool is also conveniently located between the beach and the condominium and is perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back in from a day at the beach. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.
Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.
RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.
All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.
This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $175 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Condo was very clean and nice. The walk was not far to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and cozy. When I needed help I was able to contact someone and I received immediate help and great customer service. The area was beautiful and there were great restaurants nearby. Our favorite restaurant was Cantina Louie Mexican street food.

Great location and right on the beach. Beautiful property and lots of walking trails. Pool and kids playground not too far. Waterfront property but not ocean view. Lots of wear and tear on the condo and could use some pest control. Looks better in the pictures than in person.
