About this apartment rental
Have a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful oceanfront condo located on the third floor of the Ship Watch building.
This two bedroom, two bath unit was recently refreshed with new flooring, new furnishings and new paint throughout. All stainless steel appliances and granite in the fully equipped kitchen. Master has king size bed with an in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two queen beds and a private door to the shared 2nd bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen all overlook the Atlantic Ocean.
Private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a quiet dinner while listening to the waves and possibly spotting dolphin.
Elevator lets out in between floors so there are just a few steps in between.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
The Shipwatch community pool is heated from November to April.
This unit has only streaming services available on all TV's.

We were very pleased with our rental. The property was very clean and well layed out. Loved the location and being in a gated community was a plus. The grounds were well manicured and maintained. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues due to the number of steps. Great for kids and if you have dogs. Only issue we faced was parking after coming in late Saturday night. We had to park on the side of the road(in a quiet neighborhood ) wasn't a fan. The rest of the week parking was a breeze. Love the area and has lots to do. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful extended stay on our favorite little island. This was our first time to stay in this unit and we will be booking again. It was exactly what we needed. Very comfortable and easy, open and spacious with plenty of closet/storage space, easy for our pets and my family—it was exactly what I was looking for this trip.
