Welcome to Capitola Vistas, a charming two-bedroom unit located in the heart of Capitola village. This recently updated unit is perfect for anyone seeking a clean, modern, and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
One bedroom features a luxurious king bed and the cozy second bedroom a queen bed.
Just steps from your door, you'll find great restaurants, lively nightlife, and numerous shops. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric coastal town with plenty of surf spots and boutique shops. The town is beloved by beachgoers and surfers, yet it retains its distinctive and quaint character.
The unit includes a reserved parking space for your convenience. Additionally, a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer is available for use. One dog is allowed with a $75 non-refundable pet fee, but please note that due to the close proximity of the other apartments on the property, we ask that the dog is not left unattended in the unit due to noise concerns.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The only issues for us were noise from the traffic, the master suite did not get dark at night because of all the neighborhood lights, and we were very dissappointed to have to use coins for the washer and dryer. We should not have to pay extra or be inconvenienced like that to clean our clothes.

We could not believe how cute the place was when we walked in! Clean, spacious, bright and located literally in the heart of Capitola. Walked to everything - 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!
