Awesome weekend at this property. Perfect for me and my sister. Great location and we walked around a lot. 1 block from the beach and amazingly clean! We plan on coming back!!

I must of clicked on wrong property because it wasn't what I thought I had rented but the paperwork gave the address of what I had agreed to. It smelled musty. Floors were not clean. Glasses in cupboard were not clean. Bathroom setup was odd. Furniture setup in one room was odd. It was not what we are use to staying in when we go on vacation in Capitola. The location was great, perfect for going downtown. I will make sure next time that I pay attention to the pics of the place and amenities when I book next time.
