The Space:
Walk to beautiful beaches and fall asleep listening to the sound of the surf. Kick back and watch a movie or just relax in the comfortable living room. Cook sumptuous meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen that includes a gas range, side-by-side fridge, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. Relax under the stars on the outdoor lounge chairs and don't miss the chance to have your morning coffee on the sunny patio - located one a block from Capitola Beach and in the HEART of beautiful Capitola Village!
Please note: there is a local neighbor that holds band practice in their home periodically. It is infrequent but can be heard when they practice. We have no control over that, but the City requires them to be quiet by 10pm.
One large main room features a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances, bar counter and a dining area. Two serene bedrooms, on with a king-size bed and one with two single beds, feature plush linens, stylish furniture, large closets and modern ceiling fans for a restful retreat. The bathrooms are inviting with modern fixtures and plenty of counter space. This quiet, relaxing space is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
One parking pass for free parking around Capitola is provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use as well.
Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops and a whole host of restaurants and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog-walkers and surfers!
There is so much to do here with access to amazing surf spots for beginners to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, paths for long romantic walks and Capitola Beach for sand castle building and soaking up the sun.

I was overly impressed with the property. Not only the perfect location, but how great the home itself was. It was so cute! We love this rental and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place! Bigger than it looks online. Lots of stairs to the front door, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. We have two toddlers and the place is well set up for kids. Walk them down to the beach and back all day long! Also host was super responsive and helpful. No complaints :)

Five-star stay! Great location…quiet but still in the center of Capitola Village. Clean! Great space with 2 baths/2 bedrooms. Only suggestion for the hosts is that the mattress in the main bedroom is starting to sag. But still 5 stars for this lovely place!

Second time at this property. Great location and relatively new remodel. Unfortunately they seem to have issues with providing bedding that doesn’t have stains. Both times we’ve had to change out sheets prior to sleeping. Fireplace didn’t work and master toilet was acting up. Sent a text on Tuesday to the number provided but didn’t hear back until Friday night when I sent a second text. It’s a great property, but details matter.
