This cute and cozy, dog-friendly condo on Riverview Ave in the heart of Capitola Village!
The Space:
This cute and cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfectly situated tucked away on Riverview Ave in the heart of Capitola Village. This two-story condo has a reverse floor plan, with an open kitchen, dining, and living room on the second floor. There is a delightful small deck perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or having wine at night. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom on the main floor up a short flight of stairs, and the second bedroom is upstairs, also offering a queen-size bed - please note the second bedroom is “loft style” and is above the living room. It is separate and private from the living area up a short flight of stairs, however, there is a half wall that is open to the living area below.
This home is best suited for a couple or small family. One dog is allowed with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee.
There is one covered parking spot, storage for bikes or surfboards, and a washer and dryer.
You are within walking distance to the beach, the wharf, the Riverview walkway, and all shops, restaurants, and cafes in Capitola Village.
Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops, and a whole host of commercial and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by beachgoers and surfers

We stayed a week in this lovely cozy condo which was perfect. The location is top notch, within walking distance of pretty much everything. When I had questions about our stay, they responded immediately and took care of things right away. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone who is planning on a stay in Capitola. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property for our family - two kids and my husband and dog - for our long weekend stay. Warm, cozy, and efficient layout. It had everything we needed. Location is excellent. We would love to come back!

Great location. Had all the basics. Quite hot with all the closed windows at arrival. No BBQ as advertised. Windows in bad shape. Dining table unusable for a family as it’s crammed in a very small space.
