About this house rental
An exceptional newly constructed family house located in the peaceful village Milovici/Radovici just 200 m from the Bay of Tivat, 4 km from Tivat airport and 10 km from UNESCO heritage site of Kotor. Only 5 min walk to the nearest beach of 5* hotel La Perla, 3 min drive to one of the best sandy beach Blue Horizons. Local bakery, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, post office approx 5 mins away.
The house is very spacious and full of light and has great views of the sea and Lovcen Mountains. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths spread out on 4 levels with three terraces, a garden/courtyard and a BBQ area. The property has two parts, the main 3-bedroom house and one-bedroom apartment which can be rent together with the house if required.
On the ground level there are two rooms with access to the patio and BBQ, toilet and attached oversized garage. One of these rooms is used as a bedroom furnished with a large comfortable sofa bed. The next level is a spacious open plan living room with fireplace and large terrace, as well as a kitchen/dinning room fully equipped with everything you may need (full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, cooker with 4 ring halogen hob, oven, microwave, large table with 6 chairs). The terrace is big enough for outside alfresco dining and enjoying the sun.
On the third level there is a big twin/double bedroom with garden views, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a balcony with beautiful Lovcen view. Finally, the fourth level (the attic) has a large king size bed with en-suite bath and toilet facilities, leading on to the covered lodge overlooks Tivat Bay.
The part of the property is one-bedroom apartment with a big terrace. It has its own entry, as well as an access from the main house and can be used separately and together with the property. Completed and furnished to a high standard, it consists of double bedroom, living/dining room with kitchen and bath. The apartment can accommodate 3-4 persons.
