Casablanca is a spacious four bedroom villa nestled within the Puerto Marina area of Benalmadena Costa. Just a short walk from the marina and beach, this location offers the perfect balance between tranquility and vibrant local attractions. The villa features comfortable furnishings throughout. Upon entering, you’ll find stairs leading down to a spacious, bright lounge combined with a dining area, centered around a stunning log burner that creates a cozy atmosphere. The lounge provides a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, with a TV and streaming services available via the included free WiFi. Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area comfortably seats eight, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. Just arrived back from 10 nights at the Villa. On arrival Kym met us and showed us around. Unfortunately she was unable to get the TV working. Once we unpacked and settled in it became very noticeable that the property had not been cleaned properly. Crumbs on the kitchen counter from previous guests, stairs dirty and dusty if you walked in your bare feet you could feel crumbs on the floor. There was a clump of hair and dust on an alarm as you go down stsirs. The bed sheet on one of the twin beds had black marks on it and my grandson was able to write his name on the lamp shade in the lounge. The glass sliding doors in the lounge were very dirty which was a shame. We had to phone Kym as the eco toilet downstsirs didn't flush and there was no iron or ironing board in the property. Kym was very good at getting us an iron and said if we lift the lid on the cistern and press the button inside it would flush but we decided not to use it. The property is very spacious and had it been cleaned and checked to the standard you expect for what you are paying, then I would have written a very different review.

Lovely villa with pool spacious with everything you need. Location great close to all amenities and beach
Communication with property owner a little delayed however it was the bank holiday easter weekend and all was ok on arrival

Myself and a group of friends stayed in the villa for 3 nights and I must say the villa the location and everything about was first class. It’s a really modern villa with English TV and we couldn’t have wished for a better villa to be honest, I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in this area as it’s really close to the marina 900 meter walk to bar Mombasa and 2 minutes to the Irish bar on the corner of the same street where the villa is situated. The hosts of the villa were extremely helpful also and a pleasure to deal with
