It located in the beautiful natural setting of the north coast
of the island, characterized by white cliffs and crystal clear water, the property enjoys garden overlooking the sea with direct access to both the renowned sandy beach mixed Seccione that a small pebble beach for a complete privacy. It is ideal for families or couples, consists of the main house and an outbuilding, just a few meters and not booked separately.
The villa, furnished with taste is composed of living room with table, sofa and satellite TV, two bedrooms, both with double bed, a kitchenette and bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine. The annexe is a spacious room with double bed TV and minibar, bathroom with shower: All rooms overlook the sea. Air conditioning and WI-FI
Outside available for guests there are 2 beautiful verandas with stunning views, one with barbecue. A solarium with sun beds and chairs and, on very short internal path that connects the property to the small beach in stones, we find an outdoor shower (not use soap or other detergents).
Private covered parking inside the property. Pets Allowed

Ugo was a perfect host- very helpful an friendly.Check -In made easy- he even met us right at the ferry to show us the way.Wonderful place with direct access to the sea.Dog- friendly- private walking space.Small and simple- but fully equipped kitchen.

The location is truly stunning and the communication was excellent. We really appreciated that we could check in a bit earlier and weren't rushed at the end of our stay. The three (!) terraces are very pretty and we wish we could have enjoyed them even more (we were on Elba in fall and it got pretty chilly at times). What might be improved: The mattress in the little house (my parents stayed there and had some problems with it). Also, the property would hugely benefit from an investment in the renovation of the kitchen (personally, I would open it up to have a big living area). Of course, that only matters if you want to cook when you're on vacation :-). Thanks for everything!

Super nice house, perfect location. Completely isolated and yet 10 minutes away from the Ferry and 5 minutes outside of Portoferraio.
Direct access to the beach, and really comfortable and easy going.
