Beautiful villa surrounded by a large park with tall trees and Mediterranean scrub a few steps from the suggestive sandy beach of Procchio. The villa is located in a panoramic position with a splendid sea view of the gulf from both the terrace and the living room. It consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a large living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace; a large window allows access to the terrace overlooking the sea. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom (possible second bed), 1 bedroom with sofa bed. Two shower rooms. Very nice and quiet house with an perfect view to the sea. The huge terrace invites to eat outside and enjoy the life.
Some nice restaurants nearby, one with a full menu of Glutene free food, directly on the beach allow dining with sunset.
The spacious rooms allow privacy even with 6 people.
Parking on the property in the shadow of big trees keeps the car away from the road.
Beach, bakery and Prochio can be reached by foot without problem.
