Beautiful villa surrounded by a large park with tall trees and Mediterranean scrub a few steps from the suggestive sandy beach of Procchio. The villa is located in a panoramic position with a splendid sea view of the gulf from both the terrace and the living room. It consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a large living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace; a large window allows access to the terrace overlooking the sea. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig . Schlechte Betten und modriger Geruch. Hervorzuheben die gute Lage, in ein paar Minuten am Strand
