Ein traumhafter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Seit vier Jahren verbringen wir dort unsere Ferien. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Vor allem die neue Küche hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt in einer exponierten Lage, wunderschön in einem kleinen Pinienwald in direkter Strandlage. Der Garten ist riesig und für unsere drei Kinder (11 ,8 und 4 Jahre) und Hund perfekt gewesen. Es ist im Aussen-und Innenbereich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, die wir im Oktober, als es auch ein bisschen kühler abends wurde gut nutzen konnten um die Zimmer zu überwärmen. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder komme!!

Die Villa ist grosszügig geschnitten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen und Verweilen. Der Garten ist riesig mit Spielplatz, perfekt für Familien! Direkt am Meer, wo wir uns mit Kind und Hund enorm wohl gefühlt haben. Es war ein Traum! Wir wollen wieder kommen!

Ein wunderbares Haus. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Sehr ruhig im Grünen und direkt am Meer gelegen. Gleichzeitig erreicht man innerhalb kürzester Zeit die schönsten Ecken Elbas. Für Ruhesuchende, welche aber auch nicht auf unkomplizierte Ausflüge zu schönen Stränden und Dörfern verzichten wollen einfach perfekt.

Ein wunderschöner schöner Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir (Ehepaar) haben das Haus bereits mehrfach besucht und das obgleich wir ungern an einen Ort zweimal fahren. Aber wir fühlen uns so wohl, dass wir hier eine Ausnahme machen. Die Lage ist einzigartig.

Wir waren vom 23.09. bis 03.10. 2019 in der Villa Eucalipti zu Gast. Die Schlüssel Übergabe durch Frau Allesandra hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr genau und das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad war auch sehr praktisch. Die Küche war etwas klein und mit nur einer Lampe nicht ideal beleuchtet. Vorallem beim Kochherd und der Spüle war es eher düster. Aber alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub. Es ist auch alles vorhanden, ein Grill, Liegestühle, kleine Stühle für den Strand und vieles mehr. Wir hatten wirklich eine super Zeit in Ihrem Haus und werden es sicher weiterempfehlen. Wir sind eine Familien mit 3 Kindern und auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Mücken waren eine rechte Plage aber das hat ja nichts mit dem Haus zu tun.

Das Haus hat eine Toplage. Direkt in ruhiger Lage am Meer und zentral für kleine Ausflüge gelegen. Auch der grosse Garten von Bäumen umgeben ist wunderbar. Wir (Ehepaar mit Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar einfach ausgestattet aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch war das Domizil sehr sauber. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Lage, ganz nah am Meer, ist ideal. Herrlicher Garten. Wohltuende Ruhe den ganzen Tag. Die Villa bietet viel Platz. Wir waren zu viert, deshalb blieb 1 Schlafzimmer unbenutzt. Alle Bäder sind neu gemacht, Alles sehr sauber. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Küche sind limitiert, aber das ist im Urlaub egal. Die Kunstdrucke von van Gogh sind Geschmacksache, hier würden modernere Ducke, z. B. von Rothko, das Ambiente sehr aufwerten. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt, die Übergabe des Objektes verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, sehr empfehlen. Wer es etwas trubeliger mag, ist schnell in Portoferraio. Fazit: unser Urlaub war herrlich!

Zum 2. Mal im Haus und wieder begeistert. Ein neuer, großer Kleiderschrank im großen Schlafzimmer fiel uns gleich auf. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Fr. Duelli war super. Alles in allem hatten wir tolle und erholsame Ferien in einem tollen Haus.

Wir waren zu sechs im Haus und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Das Garten war super und es gab viel Platz draußen, so wie auch drinnen. Es war sehr gut für Kinder geeignet, und die Lage war ideal. Der Kiesstrand war schon ruhig (in April) und wir könnten überall auf der Insel schnell hin fahren. Vielen Dank!!

Wir - 4 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 4 - haben zwei tolle Wochen in der Villa Eucalipti verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden gewesen. Das grosse Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber charmant, gepflegt und sehr geräumig. Der Garten ist prächtig - ein Fasan ist vorbeigeflogen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Und bis zum authentischen Restaurant La Curva sinds 200 m, dort kann man fürs Frühstück Brötchen kaufen, essen und trinken und die Ureinwohner beobachten. Elba ist eine freundliche Insel, wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben die Zeit auf Elba sehr genossen. Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Zone mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Optimale Verhältnisse für Grossfamilie mit Hund we wir. 2+2 + 3 Grosseltern. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder kleine Küche und Wohnzimmer sind bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gemütlich . 3 Terrassen, Garten mit Eukalyptusbäumen und direkten Seeblick runden das gesamte Bild ab. The house is well equipped and can easily host 6 persons. But it's real luxury and uniqueness lies in the space around it. The ground you enjoy there is so big that you live in your own private little park - very relaxing. The region itself on the island also is quite natural. Behind the house lies a wooded hillside with just a few scattered villas. However the next bar for a coffee or for getting a delicious italian breakfast is little more than just 200 m away, a nice beach (small pebbles) even closer. If I'd be forced to say anything negative it would be that the engines of the ferries a km away can be heard a bit. I'd love to come back, but for 2 persons it's a bit overkill (this time we were 4)

Villa plutôt isolée, donc au calme (juste dommage qu'il y ait des chiens qui aboient même la nuit). Superbe vue sur la mer et la jetée de Portoferraio. 4 terrasses différentes entourent la maison. L'équipement de la cuisine est très bien (il manque peut-être un grille-pain ?). On a l'impression d'être dans une maison prêtée par des amis, on sent que les propriétaires veulent que vous soyez bien. La décoration intérieure est moyenne (à mon goût), mais mieux que sur les photos et de toutes façons on vit dehors. C'est très propre. Il y a une climatisation silencieuse dans toutes les chambres, la literie est très bien. La wifi fonctionne bien. Une salle d'eau pour chaque chambre. Nous avions un pneumatique et nous avons mouillé tout le séjour sur la plage à côté, donc génial pas de problème pour trouver un port, et à 300 m de la maison. Bref nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et nous espérons y retourner. Merci !

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana all'inizio di giugno, tre coppie di adulti con un cane ed abbiamo potuto apprezzare la comodità della casa: posizione abbastanza centrale rispetto a molte località dell'Elba, ampi spazi ben curati, tre camere da letto ciascuna con proprio bagno, spiaggia a due passi, bella vista di Portoferraio! Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Eucalipti verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr geräumig und überaus gepflegt. Eine geräumige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer (ca. 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt) lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Sitzgelegenheiten für eine Großfamilie sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, vor allem ausreichend Geschirr. Ein mannshoher Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sowie ein Geschirrspüler sind ebenfalls vorhanden. WLAN mit einer recht guten Verbindung sowie ein großer Fernseher mit HDMI-Anschluss sind ebenfalls vorhanden (nur einen DVD-Player gibt es nicht, wenn ich mich recht erinnere). In ca. 250m Entfernung gibt es eine kleine Bar (la curva), in der man alles Notwendige bekommt, auch Tagesgerichte. Sie scheint bei Elbanern sehr beliebt zu sein. Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen blieb es im Inneren des Hauses immer angenehm kühl. Ein Grundstock an Bettwäsche ist zwar vorhanden; es empfiehlt sich aber seine eigene mitzubringen. Es gibt zwei Bäder/Toiletten, die beide ebenfalls sehr sauber und geräumig sind. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Unser Vermieter hat uns vorher alle wichtigen Infos per mail zukommen lassen. Die Beschreibung wo, wann und von wem wir den Hausschlüssel bekommt, hat einwandfrei gepasst. Wir haben zumeist selbst gekocht. In den Supermärkten oder auf den Wochenmärkten bekommt man beste landestypische Spezialitäten. Wir waren diesmal bereits zum dritten mal auf Elba und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Kurzum: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Schönen Urlaub wünschen Markus und Katja

Sehr schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet für ein bis zwei Familien. Traumhafter Garten, wunderbar schattiges Wäldchen. Nicht weit zum Kiesstrand, der auch schattige Stellen bietet. Das Cafe / Bar / Restaurant la Curva direkt ums Eck, so dass man hier wunderbar entspannte Tage genießen kann. Für uns als Familie, die nicht auf Sandstrand besteht, viel Platz und schattige Ecken schätzt wars perfekt!
