Independent villa, located in a residential area, very quiet, just a few minutes drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, supermarkets and the historic center of Portoferraio.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Villa + Depandance 10 beds
The property is completely fenced with an entrance with automatic gate and is composed of the central shot of the villa + an outbuilding. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, two of which have an additional single bed, 2 bathrooms with a kitchen and shower. The annexe has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a large fenced garden with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining and private parking spaces.

- pets allowed on request with extra charge
- groups of guys under 25 years old are not allowed in the apartment
- Check-in in our agency from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid

Die Villa hat eine super Ausgangslage um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten bei den schönsten Stränden, und in wenigen Minuten in Portoferraio. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Wasser kalt, Es wurde sich jedoch sofort nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme drum gekümmert und es war am nächsten Morgen noch vor dem Aufstehen erledigt. Super Service. Tatsächlich ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit in dem Haus sehr hoch und es hat auch etwas gemüffelt, jedoch bei weitem nicht so heftig wie auf einem anderen Portal über das Haus geschrieben wurde. Uns fiel es nur bei der Ankunft auf, sobald wir es bewohnt haben, ist es jedoch relativ schnell verflogen. Dafür das das Haus für 8 bis 9 Personen ausgelegt ist sind 2 Töpfe leider zu wenig, auch eine Kaffeemaschine hätten wir uns gewünscht (is aber in Italien häufig das nur ein Espressokocher zur Verfügung steht) es gibt KEIN WLAN?!? Dies sind Kleinigkeiten, die schnell zu beheben wären. Letzter "Meckerpunkt" es fehlt tatsächlich ein Wohnzimmer! Es gibt keine Couch oder so auf die man sich mal fallen lassen kann. Treffpunkt ist hier dann die Küche mit großem Fernseher (den wir allerdings nie genutzt haben) Wir haben sehr gern den gemütlichen Aussensitzbereich genutzt, der tatsächlich auch bei Regen super geschützt ist und bei jedem Wetter zum verweilen einlädt. Die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr sauber und modern! Meiner Meinung nach sind die kleinen Abstriche mehr als genug über den Preis kompensiert worden. Denn wer mit den von mir genannten Kleinigkeiten leben kann, bekommt hier doch ein Juwel zum fairen kleinen Preis!
