About this villa rental
An ideal place for moments of peace and relaxation, surrounded by an aged and private pine-wood of 10,000 square meters, a few meters from the seashore, perfect and safe for childrenon a private road with no incoming traffic and with a magnificent view of the gulf of Portoferraio.

Central location, great for trips around the island

The house is well equipped and can easily host 6 persons.
But it's real luxury and uniqueness lies in the space around it. The ground you enjoy there is so big that you live in your own private little park - very relaxing. The region itself on the island also is quite natural. Behind the house lies a wooded hillside with just a few scattered villas. However the next bar for a coffee or for getting a delicious italian breakfast is little more than just 200 m away, a nice beach (small pebbles) even closer.
If I'd be forced to say anything negative it would be that the engines of the ferries a km away can be heard a bit.
I'd love to come back, but for 2 persons it's a bit overkill (this time we were 4)
