No Pets Allowed.. Home was completely remodeled in 2019. Located directly across the street from Shamel Park and the sandy beach, with no homes or rooftops to obstruct your views! This home has panoramic ocean views from nearly every window in the house, framed only by Moonstone beach and Pacific Coast Cypress trees. This elegant modern beach sanctuary has been completely renovated with all new tile flooring throughout, a new kitchen, all new baths, lighting, paint and more. The contemporary open concept living area embraces a bright, airy, and relaxing beach retreat sensitivity. Upscale comforts and design choices make you feel immediately at home, while appreciating thoughtfulness to details, sparkling simplicity all at once. Nearly all of our guests are repeat guests, who tell us that Cambria Park Shores is their favorite home to stay at in Cambria. Drink in the spectacular sunsets from every room; see dolphins from the comfort of the great room, and immerse yourself in the serenity of being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Enjoy complimentary high speed wireless internet, a beautiful gas fireplace, four flat screen Tv’s(4 smart), 2 car garage, washer & dryer, charcoal BBQ, Microwave, dishwasher, and ceiling fan in the great room. A narrow wrap around deck off the front of the house is great for toasting sunsets over the water, or gazing at the 4th of July fireworks in the park across the street. There is also a cozy sitting deck off of the primary bedroom with beautiful ocean views. Walk across the street from the house to the beach and Shamel Park. The park has a lively lawn area with picnic tables, BBQ’s, play structure and swimming pool. Walk just a few blocks to the scenic artist colony of downtown Cambria with its plentiful restaurants, appealing boutiques, art and wine galleries. We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Main Street and the Moonstone Beach Drive, which made it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and the ocean without needing to drive. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily stay here again

We usually stay in moonstone, decided to change it up a bit. The home met all our needs and was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.

All-day views of the green park, beautiful trees, and blue ocean beyond made for a delightful location. The kitchen is made for cooking—if only my home kitchen had so much space and was so well-equipped! Turning in the gas fireplace in the evening made for a warm and inviting living space, and the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The dining table fit 6 nicely. Our only suggestion for improvement is to add an easy-chair to the living room so that 6 people can comfortably gather in the evening. Cambria is such a beautiful place—we will be back!
