Whether you love Kauai for world-class golfing, surfing, hiking, shopping, dining or beach time, this unit offers the convenience to all with ground floor accessibility and every resort amenity you could ask for.
Without ever leaving the property, you can:

- Relax at the lava-rock pool and private adults-only soaking pool
- Do yoga in the garden off the back lanai (2 yoga mats supplied)

This unit is owned by a family and stocked for a family with games, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, towels, etc. It has high-speed wifi (for catching up with remote work or schooling) and a washer/dryer in the unit. For the little ones, our condo comes with beach toys, a pack n play and high chair.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and making cocktails. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, TV, lounge chair, private lanai with mountain views and full ensuite bathroom. The living room overlooks the garden and has a queen-size Murphy bed with a real mattress, flat screen TV and its own full bathroom.
The Cliffs Resort is a beloved resort community with long-time owners, residents and friendly staff; it's a true Kauai oasis far from the hustle of the busy hotel resorts, yet close to everything that makes a Hawaiian escape so magical—and so good for the soul.
