This unit is owned by a family and stocked for a family with games, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, towels, etc. It has high-speed wifi (for catching up with remote work or schooling) and a washer/dryer in the unit. For the little ones, our condo comes with beach toys, a pack n play and high chair.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and making cocktails. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, TV, lounge chair, private lanai with mountain views and full ensuite bathroom. The living room overlooks the garden and has a queen-size Murphy bed with a real mattress, flat screen TV and its own full bathroom.

Very clean condo and great use of the space. The main drawback is condo is on the lower level and there is ZERO air flow, and since there is no A/C it’s a bit hot.

This place was amazing. It’s beautiful, well located, and has great amenities. The owner has thought of everything. Only complaint, and it’s tiny because it was nice of the owner to lend us all the beach gear, is the beach umbrella seems to be missing a piece to hold it together but my friend jimmy rigged it by putting a wrapper in with the umbrella top and then it worked wonderfully. Be sure to see the cliff at sundown!

Vacation , surfing, hiking , accommodations were comfortable, very clean and seemed newly renovated, had everything we need. We played pickle ball and shuffleboard, snorkeled at Hideway beach , short walk down the bluff, will return if we can in future!

This amazing stay at the cliffs

We could not have chosen a better option for our stay in Kauai! The condo itself was roomy, clean and well appointed with everything we needed, including beach gear, which was so great for our many water excursions. The Cliffs location was not only beautiful, but so conveniently located and easy to navigate. On the property, we enjoyed the pool a few times, which is very relaxing. We also took advantage of the pizza truck that came by on Monday evening, it was delish! We loved the nature trail, which began just next to our building and lead through the lush greenery, opening up to the beautiful view of the ocean off the cliffs. If you are adventurous, there is a hidden path near the fence line, where you can hike down to an incredible area to snorkel, and there is a beautiful waterfall on the way. Just be sure to go earlier in the morning before the surf comes in and gets rough. Communication with Darcy & Bryan was effortless, and they provided an abundance of recommendations and information about the area. They were the perfect hosts, and we highly recommend staying with them. We will be back FOR SURE!

This is a spacious one bedroom unit with two bathrooms. It is in building 2 right across the parking lot from the BBQ area with six grills and the putting green. The maintenance building is also across from the unit. The lush nature trail is just steps away from this unit. The owner provided many beach toys for young and old. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as beach towels for the pool or beach. We also enjoyed the pizza food truck that was there on Monday. The resort has a number of weekly activities for the guests. A short walk from this unit to the cliffs overlooking the ocean. There were a couple of things that came up during our stay that Darcy was quick to respond to.

Nice, comfortable condo in the Cliffs Timeshare Resort. Our unit sported a beachy decor, laminate wood floors, and a well-stocked kitchen (no food/spices, though). Thoughtful beach items and child items were available in the condo. The owner provided some great information about the condo, the resort and the area before we arrived, and was quick to respond when we had a small issue. We were visiting with other family members in one of the timeshares, and this condo was nicer and better equipped.The pool and tennis/pickle ball courts were a short walk from the condo. We would definitely be interested in staying at this condo again if we're visiting Princeville.

We had a wonderful stay at the unit in the Cliffs. Darcy provided excellent insight and assistance before, during and after our stay. We had an issue with the Cliffs in regards to some renovation work that was not communicated with us or the owner of the unit. Darcy came to our assistance immediately. The Cliffs at Princeville is a very nice complex. Lots of little amenities that makes the stay nicer. The Cliffs need to improve the communication with their guest in that we were not informed of construction going on next to our unit. Once the renovations are complete, the stay will be quite nice. We had a couple of days disrupted due to the remodeling of nearby units. The unit has all of the cooking utensils that you would need during your stay. They do not supply spices (besides salt and pepper), oil or other cooking materials, so plan accordingly. This was kind of implied in a previous review by stating the kitchen is well stocked. The unit does not have air conditioning, but opening the sliding doors and use of the fans makes the unit quite comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. They also have a closet that is well stocked with beach supplies, this was definitely a plus on our stay. A special thanks to Darcy who was so helpful during our stay.

Overall a great stay! Location is great- quick and easy drive into Hanalei and we walked from the condo to Queens Bath which was a big plus not having to park there! We drove down to the south side twice during our stay and was a pretty one hour drive each way. Condo has everything you need and the beach equipment was also a big plus with the beach chairs and boogie boards! A couple of tips- if you are someone who typically runs hot, the no air conditioning could be tough for you but the ceiling and standing fans along with the sliding doors with the breeze helped. Also bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper- I think anywhere you stay on Kauai you’ll hear birds and chickens in the early morning :) would recommend to stay here!

Very nice and spacious apartment, better than the pictures! Plenty of space for our family of four. Murphy bed was very comfortable. Do not miss the short (2 minute walk) to the open area on the property for amazing views of the ocean and the sunset. We had to drive every day to Hanalei for restaurants, but it’s a short 10 minute drive. Relaxing stay in the north shore!

Overall we had a pretty nice stay. The apartment is in a "resort condo" with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and grassy lookout with nice views. The location is great. We really appreciated that the unit had a high chair and pack n play. It was also great to be able to use the owner's beach gear. There were some issues with the condo when we arrived. We let the owner know about the issues right away. They asked if we would be willing to have maintenance come to make the repairs. I normally would, but we had just been through a major move and I did not have the capacity to deal with it on what was intended to be a reprieve from exactly that type of thing. I appreciated the owners willingness to do right by us in other ways and wish I could have done more to accommodate the maintenance needed - it just wasn't the right time given our family's collective exhaustion!

We stayed 6 nights here. The place was clean, kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking pans, utensils, everything you’d need. Although we didn’t use the beach equipment is a notice bonus. Beware the unit doesn’t have A/C but there are fans and a good cross breeze so we were ok.

First, the apartment is WAY bigger than we expected. Very spacious and the perfect layout and flow for our family with two smaller kids. The back lanai opens to a semi private grassy area right around the corner from the nature trail. The cliff with the view is a safe distance away so we didn’t have to worry about watching them like a hawk the whole time. Great location, easy access to Hanalei without the risk of getting stuck down there if the bridge closes. We’ll 100% stay again! The owners were delightful to work with and kept us well informed prior to our stay.

We visited with our two children (7 and 9), and it was perfect. The property was as described, and the hosts are communicative and easy to work with. The location is convenient to so many activities. We would stay here again.

A number of issues at this property that would dissuade us from staying here again. 1. The property appears to have an issue with their sewer plumbing. Every morning we would find both kitchen sinks with garbage residue that had backed up overnight. 2. The shower in the main bedroom was slow to drain. Note: we called maintenance, and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately, their work was less than satisfactory. They dumped a couple of bottles of drain cleaner on the sink and called it good. The following day they proceeded to dig up the parking lot as they told the residents that they had a plugged sewer line on the property. Even after this construction, the problem was not diminished. 3. The main shower did not deliver sufficient hot water for a warm shower. Whereas the second shower did supply hot water. 4. The units Wi-Fi did not work. Using both the password supplied by VRBO; as well as not working with a different password supplied by the front reception desk. The property manager was kind enough to provide us with a password for the neighbors router so that we could have service on our stay here. 5. They are doing a construction project directly across the parking lot from this unit, so be prepared. 5. There were some positives. The pool was very pleasant. 6. Please be prepared to be woken up every morning at 5am by one of the hundreds of local roosters that makes his bed in a tree right outside the unit. Sincerely, Your Guests

This unit was perfect for our trip to the north shore with our older teen granddaughters. The Murphy bed in the living room was perfect for them and the large separate bedroom perfect for my husband and me. We all had our private space and the 2 bathrooms. We were very sorry to miss out on our first two days of our reservation due to multiple airline travel delays and cancellations, however!

Love the condo, the Murphy bed was a huge plus and both beds are super comfortable. Although we had a rough start to our trip, the cliffs had just sprayed for bugs so had 5 cockroaches moving around mostly in the front bathroom. Both tubs where not draining and hot water was not on, so had cliffs staffs come and pull the drains. Then the door lock was acting up so we never knew if we would get in our place, luckily we left the sliding door opened enough for my son to get in. I told maintenance but they never came out to fix it. To sum it up we liked the condo but the maintenance staff left much to be desired. Maybe the owners could look at a property management company to take care of there condo.

It was a beautiful large condominium perfect for our visit to Princeville. The check-in process was easy. The beds were comfortable, the condominium was clean, all of the listed amenities were available. The property, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center were great. I would highly recommend changing the showerhead in the master bathroom and providing a clip or someway to close the curtains in the master bedroom completely for privacy.

The cliffs has so many amenities we couldn’t get to them all and to top it off wonderful staff that checks in and sees how your stay is (Ben).
