The Wyndham Bali Hai Villas Resort is located on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai. This prime area is close to world-renowned beaches, hiking, shopping, golf courses, snorkeling, day spas, live entertainment and fine dining. Gorgeous Hanalei Bay is just a five-minute drive away and Princeville Shopping Center is nearby. The resort now offers Air Conditioning on a daily use fee. It's optional, for days you feel like you'd like to use it.

All units have washers/dryers, fully-equipped kitchens with everything needed to cook -- utensils, dishes, pots, pans, full-size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Since all Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, the units are not assigned to a guest until shortly before arrival. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform, but not necessarily the exact unit you will be in. Bali Hai has completed a full renovation at the time of making and updating these listings in August 2024.

The resort is fully staffed and provides a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your Kauai Vacation. Concierge service is available and maintenance and housekeeping are on site. Attending a timeshare presentation is not required. Linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided, as well as some dish soap, paper towels, coffee, laundry soap, etc.. There are also coolers provided in each unit.

Guests will have access to all resort amenities. Air conditioning is the only amenity which is optional and is available for $20/day.

The front desk staff is available 24/7. Please don't hesitate to call the front desk regarding any maintenance issues to report or to request more supplies like towels, coffee, laundry soap, etc. We are available by phone and email 7:30 am - 4:30 pm daily

Other Resort Information and Policy

• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• All reservations are subject to Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax (TOT), which is approximately $18/night.
• Air conditioning is available for a daily fee of $20/night.
• A $250 security deposit is required when checking in, this will be released upon check out minus the TOT and A/C fee if you opt-in.
• The name on the reservation must match the name of the first person checking in to avoid issues.
• The named guest on the reservation must not have more than one reservation within the same booked dates.
• Maximum occupancy is set by the resort and must be followed due to fire safety.
• Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted. 
• Resort Stay LCC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests are welcome to purchase travel insurance.
• Reservations are transferable for $99.
