This extravagant apartment is perfect for holidaymakers looking for exceptional accommodation.
The 100sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor, in the pedestrian area of the charming old town of Lindau Island and is easily reached by a lift.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with modern equipment and a bathroom with shower and WC. The object is equipped for 4-5 persons (5. Person on the pullout sleeper chair in the living room). The luxurious ambience offers an open kitchen with all comforts and then, high-quality equipped dining area with satellite TV / DVD player and free Wi-Fi.
Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Due to the prime location in the pedestrian zone, you can reach all the shops, such as butcher, bakery, supermarket, etc. In the immediate vicinity you will find ice cream parlors, cafes or guest houses. The ship harbor can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot, from which you can start excursions over the entire Lake Constance.
