We had a wonderful holiday at a great location on Lake Constance.

Location great. Walk everywhere from the aprtment. Plenty of room.

Great central apartment but service is lacking

Excellent location in the heart of beautiful Lindau island, yet quiet at night. Large and comfortable despite being an old building.

The service- Being asked to sweep and mop the apartment after our stay and to take the garbage out several blocks for recycling. Not having keys on our arrival and cleaner not showing up until after our check in.

Lindau ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Nur ein paar Schritte und man ist in der Einkaufsmeile. Auch der Bahnhof ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Die Fülle des Geschirrs ist beeindruckend.

El apartamento es grande Ubicación en el centro de la isla Wifi

La limpieza El balcón da a una pared. He ido de vacaciones con mi familia, muy ilusionado. Fue una gran decepción. Sólo pasé allí una noche y eso fue porque ya estaba demasiado cansado para emprender el viaje de nuevo.El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo, como nunca pensé que vería en una casa. Telarañas en las paredes y en todos los rincones. Manchas y grietas en las paredes. Pelos en el baño y cabina de ducha. El apartamento huele como una casa vieja y sin ventilación. Sólo dormimos unas pocas horas sintiendo ese polvo a nuestro alrededor. Mi esposa intentó limpiarlo pero... De la conversación que tuve con el propietario entendí que hay un empleado que se encarga del mantenimiento y la limpieza. Desafortunadamente esta persona no está muy motivada. A la mañana siguiente dejé las llaves y me fui, renunciando a lo que quería que fuera una sorpresa para mi familia.

Schöne Wohnung, empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Bahnhof und kurze Wege zu praktisch allem auf der Insel. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter und bemühter Kontakt vor Ort. Alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Für kurze oder auch längere Aufenthalte super geeignet.

Das mit der automatisch gesteuerten Heizung sollte den Gästen vielleicht erklärt werden. Die Wohnung war in der Früh komplett ausgekühlt und die Heizung sprang dann erst sehr spät wieder an. Ansonsten alles prima siehe oben.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine außergewöhnliche gute Lage im Zentrum von Lindau - Insel. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit waren wir auf die Heizung angewiesen. Es war immer schön warm. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos und zeitnah.

Da gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten.
