Convenient and quaint 14th Century abode.

Right in the centre of the old town up a narrow alley. Near all the local restaurants.

It could do with a curtain in the bathroom.

Location really good. The bed was really good.

Bannister felt unsafe. The entry was cramped. The place was quirky to the extreme. The toilet is badly positioned behind a sink that is too big for the space. Insufficient light to read in bed. Not well sign posted. Unlike the photo description, the entrance door is very small up a tiny street. The host was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. For us, it was adequate.

Beautiful very historical property. Nice rooms with coffee maker and tea. Host was also super nice and accommodating. I will come again when in Lindau!

Charming place to stay in the heart of Lindau

Amazing place to spend the weekend with a lot of character. Oliver and his wife were very welcoming and gave great recommendations on things to do in the area. We would definitely stay with them again in the future.

Quiet cozy hotel in a historic old building built in the 1500s.

The hotel is in a building built in the 1500s and the rooms are very quirky because of the way buildings were arranged back then. It is also a very small venue hotel with just 4 rooms so it is very cozy. Be prepared that they do no have a front desk or breakfast but the owner is very accessible. She came to our room for us to make the payment which was interesting.

The room was pretty big and the owner was very nice. It is also next door to about 4 or 5 restaurants, none of which served breakfast, you have to go a little farther away to get a breakfast restaurant which is only a street or two away.

Ganz ok aber nachts wird kaum geschlafen.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sind hübsch und relativ sauber, Inhaber freundlich

Die Zimmer sind super hellhörig: man hört ALLES was die Gäste über oder unter einen treiben, angefangen mit Gesprächen bis zu Vibratoren und Schritte. Daher macht man nachts kaum ein Auge zu. Das Internet kommt und geht, ist oft nicht optimal. Fernseher ist nicht eingestellt und empfängt nur einige (unwichtige) Sender Decken sind sehr niedrig, man fühlt sich schnell etwas eingeengt.

Für Personen größer als 180-185 schwierig. Ich konnte nur an einer Stelle aufrecht stehen und berührte dabei die Decke. Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Ist halt ein altes Haus.

Gerne wieder

Mitten in der malerischen Altstadt gelegen. Kleines, schnuckeliges Zimmer im historischen Haus. Die alte Bausubstanz mit viel Liebe und nett hergerichtet und mit vielen sinnvollen und liebevollen Accessoires ausgestattet.

Einzig, die Nähe der Toilette zum Schlafraum ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Lindau!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, netter Gastgeber, alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht gibt es (vom Schuhlöffel bis zum Tee Beutel)! Würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein klitzekleiner (Klapp-)Tisch wäre super praktisch (ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-) )

Einfach geniale Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung besticht durch das tolle Zusammenspiel von Alt und Neu. Tolles bequemes Bett und Designersessel, mit dem alten und schiefen Mauerwerk. Uns hat es wirklich ganz toll gefallen.

Zauberhaftes Ambiente, sensationelle zentrale Lage- ohne Seeblick… dafür sehr fein und originell und ruhig. Obwohl mittendrin dennoch abgeschieden…

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Das einzige war, dass ich keine gute Internetverbindung hatte- aber das hatte vielleicht auch mit meinem Anbieter O2 zu tun. Stattdessen war ich mal wieder analog unterwegs, habe gelesen, statt am Laptop zu schreiben ….😻

Stylisch und perfekte Lage

Das völlig unproblematische einchecken, das Bett war super und überhaupt alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert, aufgrund seiner Bauweise und Alter, etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Nichts was man ändern könnte, denn gegen die hohen Parkgebühren im nahegelegen Parkhaus kann der Vermieter nichts tun. Allerdings hat er uns gute Tips gegeben wo man günstiger parken kann.

Die Lage war sehr gut, dass das Gaus aus dem 14. Jahrhundert ist, war bekannt, daher waren die niedrigen Decken keine Überraschung,

"Süße Unterkunft" im Zentrum der Insel Lindau

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Gasse, von der aus man in wenigen Minuten die ganz Insel durchquert hat. Hier findet man sämtliches Couleur an Restaurants. Auch zum Frühstücken gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zu Cafés in der Haupt-Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und man fühlt sich gleich daheim. Bei Fragen steht der Vermieter, auch schon vor der Anreise, mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Kleiner Hinweis: Man sollte "kein Riese" sein, um die Wohnung ohne Kopfverletzung genießen zu können. 😉

Man muss außerhalb der Insel parken. In etwa einer Viertel Stunde ist zu Fuß ein großer Parkplatz zu erreichen, an dem es Tagestickets für 8€ gibt. Es steht anscheinend auch ein Shuttlebus zur Verfügung, der einen auf die Insel zurück bringt. Den haben wir nicht genutzt. Zum Ent- und Beladen des Gepäcks kann man mit dem Auto allerdings zum Zitronengässele fahren.

Die Lage, mitten in der Altstadt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus mit moderner, sehr hübscher, „charmanter“ Ausstattung. Tee-Kaffee-Zubereiter. Großes Bett.

Ganz charmante Gastgeber und das Zimmer in dem historischen Haus ist einfach ganz toll. Kaffee auf dem Zimmer - tolle Lage- schöne Gastronomie drum herum, nachts ruhig.
