Perfect apartment in centre of beautiful Lindau Insel.

Perfect location for exploring beautiful Lindau Insel and neighbouring Bavaria, Austria & Liechtenstein.. The apartment was very clean and modern in a historic building. Very welcoming host and would recommend to everyone. Enjoyed our 6 nights in Lindau Insel.

Superb

Ideal place for 1-2 people to stay while visiting the lake region for several days. We appreciated the renovated, well-equipped apartment in the middle of the scenic Lindau-Insel altstadt, 5 min walk from the train. The shared inner terrace area was a pleasant surprise too. PQR is solid, easy to recommend.

It wasn't clear from the initial booking steps (guaranteed by booking.com with credit card) that the host does not accept credit card payments, only bank transfer or cash.

Our landlord, Kasten, is exceptional; this is a gateway to the most beautiful part of Germany. We will surely be back!

The property was located in a dreamlike Bavarian village square. We fell in love with the location instantly. An apartment within the oldest house in the square, it was complete with modern amenities, with a little kitchenette, ample storage, warm and cozy , just the perfect size for a couple.

There’s nothing not to like. At first we thought we would be climbing the stairs everyday to get to our room, there is a modern convenient lift for those too exhausted or too challenged( like us)to climb stairs.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of shops and restaurants and close to harbour and train station. The apt was clean and well equipped and quiet too.

Nice modern apartment in the Center of Old Lindau

centrally located small apartment right in the very Center of Lindau Island. I was greeted by the friendly owner who also owns the very nice coffee shop down stairs. the check in was quick and smooth. I found a small modern apartment with a small kitchen, a nice modern bathroom and a comfortable bed room with TV and a small table with 2 chairs. The place was spotlessly clean. Heated floor made it comfortable. Modern Coffee Maker with capsules. strong and reliable WiFi

No shower gel nor shampoo provided. The view went to a small yard, so the room was a bit dark. Check in 15:00 and check out already 10:00 in the morning felt a bit inconvenient.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Super host.

This apartment is very new, modern and well-appointed. It's in an excellent location in the middle of Lindau Island, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the harbor. The restaurant, Cafe Mokka, on the ground floor, serves excellent food and is very convenient for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon coffee and cake (SUPER!!), or cocktails. The owner/host is extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that's a little tricky is the parking, which is very limited and relatively expensive on the island. The owner gave us helpful maps and information on parking in advance, but this is a bit complicated, as there are several options. If you're planning on mostly staying on the island, we'd recommend parking at either P1 orP2 on the mainland and taking the shuttle to the island. If you're there for a longer stay and want to be able to drive to other places around Bodensee, then parking in the covered garage (P4) on the island might be a better choice.

Parking takes a bit of maneuvering. We were there for the Bregenz opera, the garden show, and the Chagall exhibit, and there were crowds of people everywhere. But, of course, that goes with the territory at a popular destination like this.

Fantastic place to stay!

Location of this property is superb. It has a lovely coffee shop underneath and lots of nice restaurants right on the doorstep. The owner was very friendly and helpful and met us early when we were checking out so we could give back the car park pass and get our deposit back. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again if we return to Lindau.

Besser geht nicht und mittendrin....

Liebevoll und komplett ausgestattetes Appartement. Kein Schischi, alles nützlich und durchdacht. Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem nicht laut. Kurze Wege zur Gastronomie. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Selbst die schwierig erscheinende Parksituation ist unkompliziert. Echt super. Wir werden gerne wieder genau da übernachten.

ruhige zentrale Lage auf der Insel. Alle Geschäfte wie Bäcker und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Sehr aufwendig modern renovierte Apartments in einem Haus das unter Denkmal steht.

Perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, wenn man es modern und gemütlich haben möchte.

Das Appartement liegt sehr schön mitten in der Altstadt, Bahnhof und Schiffsanleger sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es ist sehr chic und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohlfühlen.

Mich Persönlich hat es nicht so gestört aber meine Kinder waren extrem genervt von der Lautstärke des Caffes unter der Location .. ab 7.00 war es schwierig da noch zu schlafen .. Was mich persönlich gestört hat .. aber wohl schlecht zu ändern ist .. durch die Gastronomie ist ab 22.00 Kakerlaken Party so das ich nicht mehr wirklich vor die Tür gehen wollte wenn da alles wild krabbelt ..

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, sodass wir immer wieder die Möglichkeit hatten auch mal kurz dorthin zurück zu gehen. Alles war fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber und die Ausstattung neuwertig. Der Check In/Check Out verlief unkompliziert.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, guter Service, relativ große Wohnung super zentraler Lage, sehr gute Betten.

Die Fenster der von uns genutzten Wohnung 1 befinden sich im 1ten OG unter einem malerischen Arkadenbogen, unter dem im EG die Außenservierung eines Restaurants ist. Dessen Mitarbeitende rauchen morgens beim Vorbereiten, wobei der Zigarrettenqualm dann tendenziell in die Wohnung zieht. Sonst alles Tippitoppi.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung und alles andere war Perfekt. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und behilflich. Alles in einem war es ein perfekter Urlaub und wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Sauber, schön und sehr zentral

Eine sehr unkomplizierte, schnelle Kommunikation und die hohe Zuverlässigkeit.

Lärmpegel, der von der Straße hereinschwappt. Da das Apartment sich auch stark aufgewärmt hatte durch die Sommertemperaturen war es zudem nicht zumutbar die Fenster geschlossen zu halten. Durchschlafen war entsprechend nicht möglich.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, um Lindau bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und es war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt - und kommen gerne wieder!

Im Herzen der Insel... Besser geht nicht.

Blitzsauberes, top eingerichtetes Appartement inmitten der Altstadt. Alles neuwertig, mit Betonung auf wertig. Gemütlich, zweckmäßig und bequem. Es wurde an nichts gespart. Lift (vertrauenswürdig) vorhanden. Gastronomie sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit etwas außerhalb aber leicht machbar.

Nichts. Da müsste man wirklich mit der Lupe suchen.

Alles perfekt es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Nette Art bei Schlüsselübergabe des Vermieters... alles total locker und unkompliziert .... Liebe nette kleine Wohnung mit Scharm...... Umgebung alles zu Fuß erreichbar (Bahnhof 5 Min.)

Es gibt nichts nennenswertes............ hat alles bestens geklappt, werden das nächste Mal, hier gerne wieder buchen. Danke
