About this apartment rental
This newly renovated 80sqm apartment in the 1st Floor with elevator is special in every way. It is generously furnished and offers everything to spend a great holiday.
The high quality and well equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a walk-in, walk-in shower, toilet and a large sink. It has 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and is therefore designed for 4 people.
The fact that the house has a lift and the entire apartment is barrier-free, the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities (no standard DIN equivalent). But there is a place there is only 70cm (to the bathroom and the rear small bedroom).
Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
