Apartment in a 2-family house, very central and quiet, the house is located in the second row adjacent to nature in the middle of the city center. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 3.5 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 conservatory) with a total of about 90sqm, suitable for 2-6 people. The apartment is fully equipped and renovated in 2018 core and renovated. A heated conservatory with views of the greenery and a private terrace with barbecue facilities in the garden are also included. Lake Constance can be reached in a few minutes on foot (about 5 minutes). Central shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, because the apartment is located in the heart of Lindau (district Reutin). The island is also very easy to reach on foot (about 10 minutes) by car of course faster, on the island is currently also the station. For the winter tourists, ski resorts can be reached from about 45 minutes driving time, depending on where you want to go. There is also a great view of the mountains. In the garden there are barbecue facilities in the summer and a fire pit for a campfire. For children there is a large trampoline in the garden which can be shared.
