Great property and location for a Lindau stay!

This apartment is in a very good location - just down the street from Lindau Reutin train station but off the main road - very quiet with a good shopping nearby. It waa very easy to get to Old Town - 10 minute walk with beautiful scenery, parks, historical landmarks, etc. and there is good Italian take-out on-site. The landlord was very good with communications and check-in instructions. I would inform future renters this apartment is really on the 3rd floor with fairly steep steps - not a problem for my family but it could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

No complaints from my family.

Spacious, comfortable and spotless modern apartment within easy walking distance of Lindau Insel

Parking directly outside the property. Keys easy to collect in a key safe. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very well equipped. We didn't want for anything really. Lindau Island is only a 15 minute walk away (perfectly safe at any time) so the apartment is a good base to do some sightseeing from, not just as a 1 night stopover. A pizza-van was operating downstairs (not causing any nuisance). We didn't use it but it could have been handy as a nearby source of food (there are no other apart from in the old town, whether restaurants or shops).

The place is spacious and close to the old town of Lindau. There is a very good kiosk with Asian Food on the compound.

I would gladly return to this accommodation!

The apartment was very spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable. I am a poor sleeper but I thought the bed was excellent. The apartment was quiet with an easily accessed parking position. The location was most convenient, being very close to a shopping centre, the railway and the island. Being a bike rider, I was thrilled to easily and quickly reach the main bike path along the lake.

Exceptional

The condition of the room exceeded my expectations in the photo. The room is spacious and clean. It's a 15-minute walk from the house to the island. Everything was fine!

Misleading Building does not look like in pucture. It took us 90 minutes to find building. it's an attic a roof. People renting it speak no German. They seem to be from Sri Lanka. It smells curry everywhere. Really Horrible Experience.

grosses Bad - alles vorhanden - tolle Betten, sehr sauber, zentrale Lage, super Parkplatz!

nur kleinigkeiten - die Gastherme war recht laut das hat man nachts ab und zu gehört. aber eigentlich nicht schlimm dafür war das Wasser heiss. und leider waren keine Kaffeepads vorhanden aber - wir sind zum Italiener für einen Espresso also alles nur firlefanz. es war sehr cool und wir waren sehr zufrieden Danke

Tolle Aufenthalt! Super Sauber.

Super Lage. Lindaupark großes Shoppingcenter nicht mal 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch nach lindau rein zum Leuchtturm keine 20 Minuten gemütlich zu Fuß. Super Lage nach Österreich und der Schweiz in wenigen Minuten. Super sauber !! Gerne wieder !

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage

Die Unterkunft lag für uns gut, da wir Lindau Reutim angereist sind. Auf die Insel sind es ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß, was ein schöner Spaziergang ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und ist wirklich gut gelegen. Trotz Nähe zur Straße und Jugendherberge schön ruhig. Wir haben dort nur geschlafen, aber die Wohnung schien alles Annehmlichkeiten zu besitzen.

Auf hohem Niveau gejammert: die Decken waren etwas dünn. Außerdem war die Wohung schon sehr teuer, das ist aber in Lindau normal!

Würden dort wieder wohnen und können es weiterempfehlen. Ein Wohlfühlort.

Gute ruhige Lage nahe dem Bahnhof und in Fussreichweite zur Insel. Grosse geräumige Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Nur in der Küche haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, haben den Besitzer informiert.

Die Wohnung hat für Ausflüge rund um Lindau eine ideale Lage.

Sehr gepflegte, saubere Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafräumen (1 größerer mit Doppelbett, 1 kleinerer mit Einzelbett). Direkt vor dem Haus steht ein Verkaufswagen für leckere Pizza, Pasta etc.

2. OG ohne Lift, durch das DG war es während unseres Aufenthaltes leider sehr warm (keine Kritik!!)

Komfortabler Aufanthalt für bis zu 4 Personen auch für einen längeren Urlaub.

Großzügige Wohnung mit geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Bequeme Betten. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Sauberes Bad mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Küche wirkte sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben sie aber nicht benutzt, da wir nur eine Nacht für die Bregenzer Festspiele da waren. Weg zur Insel ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Bahnhof Reutin weniger als 10 Minuten.

Die Lage ist relativ zentral. Zur Insel ca. 6 min mit Auto. Es gab 2 Ventilatoren. Es waren die wohl heißesten Tage im Jahr. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch, passt nicht zur Ausstattung (207 € pro Nacht!), die Hälfte des Preises wäre angemessen, Dachgeschosswohnung (im Sommer heiß), kein Balkon, Dachschrägen in jedem Zimmer. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Checkout 10.00 Uhr, keine Flexibilität bei Anfrage eines etwas späteren Checkouts, Küchenausstattung zu wenig, Porzellan mit Macken, dennoch Aufforderung zur 10-Punktebewertung durch Besitze, Pizzaimbiss vor dem Haus
