De ligging van de accomodatie.

prijs is wel erg hoog in het laag seizoen tov wat er geboden wordt. Je moet via een muffe gang en fietsenstalling naar je appartement. je kijkt uit op een binnenplaats en het is erg donker binnen. had het idee dat met de franse slag was schoongemaakt de vloer voelde zanderig aan.

Das preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Eine Preisreduktion bei den Problemen wäre angemessen.

Die Wohnung war morgens sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist gut.

Für den Schlüsseltresor war die verkehrte PIN übermittelt worden. Es brauchte mehrere Anrufe, bis die neue PIN weitergeben werden konnte. Die angeblich versendete Email kam nie an. Die Heizung und Warmwasser war ausgefallen. Auf die Email am Montag morgen kam keine Antwort. Nach einem Anruf kam dann am frühen Nachmittag ein Handwerken, der das Problem beheben konnte. In der Wohnung gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, für 1 Woche Aufenthalt unangenehm, vor allem weil jeder durch das Schlafzimmer gehen muss um ins Wohnzimmer/Küche zu kommen. Es gab keine Anleitung für die Kaffeemaschine und den Fernsehen. Auf die per Email gebetene Übermittlung wurde nicht reagiert. An der Spüle gab es kein Spülmitttel. Die Lichtschalter sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch Bad sind sehr versteckt und müssen gesucht werden. Im Bad war der Seifenspender leer. Die Terrasse besteht aus einem kleinen abgeteilten Bereich in einem Innenhof, der zur Zeit Baustelle ist. Es war nur ein Liegestuhl da, der verdreckt war und kein Beistelltisch oder ein zweiter Stuhl.
