Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermittler

Die Lage und die Einrichtung der Wohnung waren sehr ansprechend. Küche gut eingerichtet (Geräte), Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. In 10 Minuten am Bodensee, in 5 Minunten in der Ortsmitte und Bahnhof und in 12 Minuten auf der Halbinsel. Zugverbinungen nach Friedrichshafen und Lindau stündlich (20 Minuten bzw. 12 Minuten Fahrt), dank "Echt-Bodensee-Card für uns kostenlos. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermittlers ABT am BodenSEE.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben schöne Eindrücke von der Umgebung.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut... Bahnhof, Hafen, Freibad, Bäcker usw. Ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Viele Informationen / Tipps findet man in einer Mappe/Ordner in der Wohnung.

Einen klitze kleinen Minus Punkt haben wir ... ein Fliegengitter/Netz vor den Fenster wäre super.

Anregung: Für den Fernseher müsste eine Betriebsanleitung mit Programmbelegung vorhanden sein. Da wir drei Wochen in der Wohnung waren, musste meine Frau einmal mit der vorhandenen Waschmaschine waschen. Für die Waschmaschine müsste eine Betriebsanleitung vorhanden sein. Wir haben im Internet nach dieser Betriebsanleitung gesucht.

Die Unterkunft war ansonsten sehr gut

Die Zimmer waren gut, die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Unterbringmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder im Keller war super!!! War schön ruhig, nicht zentral, aber alles gut zu erreichen

Der Abfluss des Handwaschbeckens war Katastrophal . Es war reiner Zufall, dass wir mit einem anderen Bewohner der Unterkunft gesprochen haben. Der hat uns dann berichtet, wie wir unsere Fahrräder in den Keller bekommen und wie wieder raus. Das hätten wir ohnedem nicht hinbekommen

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit wunderbarem Gartenblick

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Ortsrand mit wunderbarem Blick vom Balkon in den Garten. Gute Grundausstattung mit Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen Öl und Essig. Sogar Waschmittel und Tabs für Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und geradlinig eingerichtet, aber gemütlich.

Im Vorfeld zu viel Bürokratie mit vielen Mailwechseln, um die Gästekarte ausgestellt bekommen. Der Staubsauger funktionierte trotz Wechsel des völlig verstaubten Filters nur schlecht.

Erholsamer Bodensee-Aufenthalt

Besonders gefallen hat uns der direkte Kontakt zur Agentur und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit. Wir hatten zunächst ein Problem mit dem TV, welcher nach kurzer Begutachtung anstandslos ausgetauscht wurde. Ebenso hervorzuheben war die ruhige Lage und das kontaktlose Ein- und Auschecken.

Es gab nichts wirklich negatives. Die Info-Mappe könnte ggf. hier und da aktualisiert werden. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt.
