Well planned, good amount of space, excellent quality fixtures, fittings and kitchen equipment. Little balcony for drinks (tight for eating).Close to the island.
It was very hot, despite good quality blinds. Not the most beautiful location, between a busy road and busy railway line, but the latter had good insulation.
