Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Beautiful view of the ocean, very comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen. We were able to view rocket launches from the beach in front of the condo. Property managers sent a lot of information about area activities in advance of our trip, which was helpful in planning. They were also very timely in answering any questions we had once we arrived. Good accommodations overall, and central to both Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral.

Kitchen was fully equipped and nice to have a bit of material to start such as coffee, and beach chairs. Great communication with staff and very prompt in providing anything extra. Absolutely stunning view from balcony. Would recommend.
