Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Everything about the property was as described! We loved our stay. It was well cleaned, well stocked, and felt safe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a low-key place to stay on the beach with lots to do close by. The covered parking spot and beach items and toys were perks! Only cons I could note were I wish there was an additional chain lock or interior deadbolt for the door. My almost 2 year or was able to unlock the door and escape if the screen door was not locked. Washer and dryer were small and worked 1 at a time but the community units were adequate down the hall for additional loads.

Nicely cleaned but the fridge could be updated. Plenty of expendables were supplied - trash bags, coffee filters, coffee, paper towels, and TP. Really nice view from the lanai - pool and beach, etc. Overall, the price was reasonable.

Ocean view . Great location, close to everything. Was able to view Artemis 2 launch off of cocoa beach.Beds are comfortable, tvs are nice, high speed internet. Pool is clean and good temp.Place is a bit outdated , but had everything we need for a comfortable stay

Condo unit very dated needs a face lift washer dryer very small and old the condo building its self fantastic great area beach view perfect location to everything covered parking extra bonus
