The property was great for a quiet get-a-way. Our biggest “issue” was more from the resort itself instead of condo. The pool is only open 9:30 am - 7:30 pm. My teenagers love coming back from dinner and have a night swim when the sun isn’t burning! They weren’t able to do this. Just make sure when booking this isn’t something that would effect your plans! Would definitely go back just me and my husband without kids! Also, the host emailed very early the instructions! Loved that. However when I had a few questions and emailed on Vrbo, it was answered by AI and totally unrelated (example I asked for a nearby gym to plan our workouts ahead of the trip, It responded there was a Publix and Urgent Care nearby). It would then respond and say to text the host. I like keeping communication recorded through Vrbo.

The post is 100% accurate. Starting from the pictures all the way down to the description in the listing. Cocoa beach is more of a nostalgic town, more 90s feel early 2000s(meaning for those of you that want modern new features this isn’t for you), but my husband, my two kids, and I enjoyed it. The house itself felt homey and very roomy for our family of four. It was quite entertaining for me to watch my 13 year old try to figure out the cd/cassette/radio player(not to mention I had the same one growing up )

Our condo was perfect, the rooms were a great size, my kids and I had space to spread out and relax, the ground floor had us halfway between the beach and the pool and both were easily and clearly accessible. My family and I visit Cocoa Beach yearly and we will keep this condo on our short list for future stays. Thank you Happy Palm Stays for swiftly handling our issues and questions. You guys were fantastic!

The pool was excellent and the area around the pool was great. The unit we stayed in was good but the TV is not user friendly and didn’t have HBO or Showtime
