Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

They had everything we needed to spend the weekend at the beach. Great location to walk to the pier. So nice to be on the ground floor and just walk out. Communication with manager was great! Check in was simple. Would definitely stsy here again!

Cocoa Beach Towers 16 is on the ground floor. The parking spot is in front of the door and we had two sliders out front to our own patio facing the lawn area with the pool just to the left. Because we didn’t have to use elevators and walk through halls it made the condo seem very private and getting luggage and groceries in was an absolute breeze! The door has a key code which the property sent to us a few days before our arrival. The property manager is communicative and we had no issues getting into the condo. The condo itself was clean and organized. The living room and dining area are large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one each on each end of the hall. All the beds were firm and comfortable! The bathrooms had plenty of storage. The beach area is great - a private, short 2 min boardwalk path to the beach. The beach is a great place to watch rockets launch from the space center!! I have no criticism other than to say I wish the condo had the following things: a Keurig, a laundry basket and for the bedrooms closets to have many, many more hangers. We definitely recommend this property!
