About this house rental
Luna and Sol are one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked Greg’s property for five high school seniors and 3 of their moms over Spring Break. The reviews were all GLOWING. Very clean and spacious house. Comfortable beds. Perfect location right next to the beach. Had everything they needed for a great stay and none of them wanted to leave!The town was a blast. Communication with Greg was easy and prompt. This is a great value for a great getaway.
