About this house rental

Luna and Sol are one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

This house had everything we needed for a party of 7. Right in the middle of everything and a very short walk to a not very crowded beach.

Stayed here for a week with my family. The house is spacious and modern, but needs some upgrades. The furniture was stained, the vertical blinds in the main area were missing slats, and the bath towels were quite worn out. Overall the house was clean except one of the frying pans still had dried egg in it and there was a sandwich out on the patio table. The location is great and the owner was very responsive to my requests to lower the temp in the property because you cannot control the thermostat yourself.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Greg the owner was great to respond when we contacted him pre-check in. We did not need to contact him after check in. The property was centrally located and we found it easy to get to most places. The kitchen does not have a coffee pod maker but does have a coffee pot. There were no coffee filters but Duncan is literally right next to the condo so we just walked over there daily. Having stayed in many VRBO's or rentals there were some things I noticed that needed attendance but overall we had a nice time. There is no working smoke detector in the master bedroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable for all of us but I think that is a matter of comfort and opinion. If you are planning on staying for more than two days you may need to purchase more toilet paper and paper towels. There was random half used groceries in the pantry that we did not touch. Overall it was clean. There were two towels and wash rags in the bathrooms which was not enough for us but we used the beach towels. None of the issues were things that the owner could change on our stay. We did find the thermostat inconsistent but we knew going in that he controls that and you cannot adjust it. We enjoyed the area and there is a lot to do. There are bikes and beach items in the garage that you can use so that is nice.
