Absolute Paradise! Unforgettable Family Stay.We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful Cocoa Beach home! The property was immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly fitted with everything our family needed. The highlight of the house was definitely the private pool. It was the perfect sanctuary for the kids to splash around while the adults relaxed on the patio. The host even provided a beach wagon, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas, making the short walk to the sand completely effortless. As an added bonus, we were able to watch a spectacular rocket launch right from the property!Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was warm and lightning-fast. We are already planning our return trip next year! Highly, highly recommend!

Location location! The house is very well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. When we arrived the home was very clean also. The backyard was beautiful I wish I had that pool in my backyard. We were very comfortable with the family of seven. Jetty Park was right up the road with all the beautiful cruise ships, tons of restaurants everywhere. Communication was great with the owners. Very nice Florida home. We were very comfortable.

If you are looking for the perfect Cocoa Beach getaway, this is it. The house is beautifully maintained and just feels welcoming the second you walk in. The location is excellent, but we honestly had just as much fun hanging out by the wonderful pool. Having a fully gated, dog-friendly yard was a massive plus for our peace of mind. To top it all off, the host was wonderful—genuine, helpful, and attentive. You can tell they really care about their guests. We had a great time and highly recommend this home!

The pool was great, and the host was easy to connect with and talk to. Great location 3 blocks away from beach sand too
