Welcome to Phoenix VII 709, affectionately known as “The KopacaBAMA!” This beautifully maintained Gulf-front condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and spectacular views in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 6 guests, this coastal retreat is ideal for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the best of the Gulf Coast.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an updated en-suite bathroom with an extended vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds and easy access to a second updated bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for everyone in your group.
The open living area is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking Gulf and pool views. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset while listening to the waves roll onto shore. Large flat-screen TVs throughout the condo and tile flooring in every room create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, air fryer, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. A breakfast bar with seating for three and a dining table for four provide plenty of space for gathering together.
Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit stackable washer and dryer, one reserved covered parking space, and one additional common parking space available for guest use.

Condo was nice and clean. Walls are thin and could very easily hear the neighbors. Lady at the front desk Terry Kidd was very rude when we asked simple questions. You could tell she did not want to be bothered or deal with us. Other than that we had a great time and condo was comfortable.

Everything was as expected. Then the popcorn ceiling started falling all over the living kitchen master bed and bath. I notified the customer service and they promptly issued a credit to my bill. I was satisfied. Then after I swept up it started happening again and pieces fell in our food. After notifying customer service they promptly moved me to another room matching my original room. All was good afterwards. I’m thankful you honored my guests and myself by taking care of our problem. Other than this issue we enjoyed our stay and amenities.
