Welcome to Phoenix VIII, 1402, in beautiful Orange Beach — the perfect beachfront getaway for your next family vacation! This newly remodeled Gulf-front condo combines comfort, style, and incredible views to create a relaxing home away from home.

THE SPACE: This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features over 1,100 square feet of beautifully updated living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you need for easy meals during your stay. The open living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, workspace, and direct access to the private beachfront balcony. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, dressing area, TV, and balcony access with stunning Gulf views. The guest bedroom includes two full beds and its own full bath, making the layout ideal for families or small groups. Conveniences include free WiFi, washer and dryer, keyless entry, EV charging station, outdoor beach shower, and on-site ice and vending machines.

THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!

Instructions are provided with Arrival & Departure Procedures. *Max 2 vehicles per condo. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets allowed/allergy free unit. *No parties. *Note: A starter set of paper products are provided. Bring extra if staying longer than a couple of days.

THE AREA: Soft, white sand beaches and spectacular sunsets await you. Wake up to gorgeous views and plan your day. Explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico then take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner. If you want to venture out, enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. You are only a short distance from The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC Classic Wharf 15 movie theater. Get your thrill on with the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park.

We had the pleasure of staying a long weekend at 1402! The condo was cute and comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was a breeze and even one minor maintenance issue was addressed within the hour upon arrival which was much appreciated! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All appliances were well cleaned and maintained. We think some furniture, rugs, and towels could use a refresh but that’s sometimes the nature of a rental. Overall, we were comfortable with the cleanliness of the unit, especially for a shorter stay. Enjoyed having ceiling fans in each room and good water pressure. The complex throughout was nice, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the beach location and being within minutes of every convenience and restaurant we enjoy! We will definitely try to rent here again!

This unit delivered on the previous posts made. The Property could use some upgrades compared to other Phoenix properties near-by, but the unit itself made up for any short comings the property had. Great access to the beach, fantastic view, and easily accessible. There was a small issue, but it was remedied quickly.

Property was nice. The computers to get the parking pass kept crashing. The lady at the desk was nice. She said she was the only one that ever worked phoenix 8 everyone else worked in 7. It took 30 minutes for the people in front of me to get 3 parking passes.They were replacing the sliding doors on the condo in 7 across from us. They put up Styrofoam sheeting to stop for the night. One piece of foam blew off on to the patio trying to blow off on to the people in the pool from the 14th floor. I called 7 to tell them they ignored me. Please just fix the parking pass situation it is very fishy when you get there and you need 57 dollars in cash to park.
