Enjoy your time in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Phoenix VIII condo that is close to many fun activities and attractions in Orange Beach. The Gulf-front corner condo on the 5th floor sleeps up to 8 guests.
The living area is a great place to get together after a long day. A Queen sofa is matched with a loveseat and a recliner. A flatscreen television is nestled in a cabinet with other entertainment options.
Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen; serve meals on the granite countertops, and sit at the three high-backed stools in front of the breakfast bar. You also have a proper dining table with four chairs, which overlooks the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a second table on the balcony that also has four chairs.
The master bedroom suite holds a King-size poster bed, a flatscreen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink, marble vanity counter, and a bathtub and shower combination.
The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a flatscreen TV, and the other guest bedroom provides a Queen-size bed plus another flatscreen TV and an armchair with small ottoman. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.
Enjoy exquisite views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass on the condo’s wraparound balcony. In addition to the table and chairs, there’s a chaise lounge to relax and enjoy everything coastal living has to offer.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, which was nice bonus. Easy location and walk to the beach and pool. Because it is a corner condo, it had more privacy on the balcony as well.
