Disclaimer: The concrete spall repair project will begin on 8/19 and last till 10/21. During construction, owners and guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal workday hours as crews perform concrete removal, repairs, and other related work. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions while completing the project safely and efficiently. No work will be done on Labor Day Weekend. All repairs requiring the use of swing stages on the exterior of the building will begin only after Labor Day.
Phoenix 8 unit #101 (first floor)...This place is AWESOME!! It is a first floor corner unit that is very upscale. The balcony sits higher than the first floor, so your views are spectacular! It is the size of a 3 bedroom unit, so there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! And, since this unit is on the first floor, there is no need to take an elevator! You just walk right up to the door! SO NICE!!!
You'll love the spacious kitchen with a Viking fridge, a brand new stove and gorgeous Travertine floors. There's a wine fridge and ice maker for your use! And, we provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! The over-sized living room has vaulted ceilings, queen sofa bed, flat screen television and a wet bar. And, this is a corner unit, so you have ocean views coming from all of the gorgeous plantation shutters! And, from the living room, you are steps away from a huge balcony that overlooks the pool area as well as the beach. You can watch your children swim at the pool from your balcony...how convenient! And, you have your own private entrance to the pool area!
The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with an adjoining bath with a soaking tub, walk-in closet and Travertine floors. The kids will love the guest room with a full/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed! The guest bathroom is down the hall, near the guest bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well for you to use during your vacation!
And, for a larger family or two families vacationing together, this unit can be combined with VRBO#563503 to become a 4 bedroom condo! There is a stairwell inside of this condo that leads to this 2nd floor unit which has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs that remains locked unless you book #201 as well!

The unit was great. Huge patio, huge fridge, fridge, lots of space for our family of 6, wonderful view, and easy access to the pool and beach. Just what we wanted. We unfortunately had to move to a different unit after day 1 due to a leak two floors above. I wish we could have stayed longer because we really liked this unit.

Host was welcoming and very informative. The condo was very nice especially for the price point of our stay. However there were multiple downsides to our trip. Multiple electrical outlets in the master bedroom and the only outlet in the master bathroom weren't operational. This unit is on the first floor and the sliding glass door did not lock. This was noticed immediately Saturday morning and while the host was notified, no one came out to fix it. We were there until Monday morning. Yes thankfully there was a piece of wood to place in the track of the door but what if that wood wasn't there and something happened? I felt the cleanliness was not as great as it has been in other beach stays (I do understand it is hard to remove sand) but I have stayed in locations that were pristine. I guess my expectations were a little high. Third and the most minor inconvenience, was the rickety headboard in the master bedroom. You couldn't shift your leg or breathe too hard without the headboard banging against the wall (a pillow in between the wall and headboard was sufficient). Overall, if these issues were remedied I would be happy to stay there again.
