About this apartment rental

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner condo with both front and back wrap around balconies lets you take advantage of not only the Gulf but the back bay and bridge to the famous FloraBama.

This spacious unit at the (low density) Phoenix VIII offers both indoor (with hot tub) and outdoor pools along with a fitness center and tennis/pickleball court. Recently added vehicle charging station. The location is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

All was great! The kitchen was stocked BETTER than ANY kitchen condo I have ever seen!!! I do not have ONE complaint about this stay or this condo or the owner!

Susy had great communication! The unit was great, wonderful location, easy access to the beach. We would stay here again.

I have never paid for parking in 30 years at a beach condo. The owner should have listed this in her listing. Did not find out until after the condo was paid for and on the day before leaving.
