About this apartment rental
Your best choice in Merida! Equipped one bedroom apartment (40 sq. m./430 sq. ft.), just .9 miles (18 min. walk) from Merida’s central square and historical cathedral. It comes with Netflix!, kitchenette, wine cooler, flat TV, high speed internet, amenities, etc. The room has a big window and the dinning room has a charming mini terrace. Free street/parking place, just ask about availability.
This serviced apartment has a bed room, a bathroom and a separate kitchenette/dining area (with kitchenware, a microwave, fridge, wine cooler and an induction stove), a double size sofa bed as well. There are chairs and a wardrobe for you to use. Other items are a Queen size bed, sofa-bed, etc. Crib and iron upon request, etc. There is also a small open space great for sunbathing!
Important! In order to keep competitive prices, replacement of disposable amenities such as drinking water and toilet paper is only available to bookings of less than a week.

The access is through the main door of the property where the serviced apartment is located, entering there is a small lobby with the stairs that will take you to the apartment on the second floor.

Merida is one of the safest cities in Mexico, the neighborhood is at the same time one of the safest in the city, it's also very relaxed. There is convenience and liquor stores just about 20 meters away. There is also a 24 hour store (Oxxo) about 5 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood also has a market, drugstores and more, all walking distance.
Transport access:
Easy to access by car, just driving along 59th street from the main square. Also accessible by several bus routes. Detail available upon request

Great location, great price. The ac is only in the bedroom so the kitchen and eating area were very hot. Things are new and in good condition. We found it a bit annoying to have to ask for water every day. The large space taken up by the wine cooler would be much better used by having the usual 5 gallon water dispenser. Also had to ask for toilet paper. Why not just stock the empty cabinet? But if you want to be near the Centro, in a very safe neighborhood, and are on a budget, this place fits the bill. Laundry across the street. Little markets everywhere. Good takeout 2 blocks away. But be ready for the heat! Yikes!
