About this apartment rental
Your best choice in Merida! Equipped studio apartment (26 sq. m./280 sq. ft.), just .9 miles (1,5 km. 18 min. walk) from Merida’s central square and historical cathedral. It comes with Netflix!, kitchenette, wine cooler, flat TV, high-speed internet, amenities, etc. The room has windows and a street-facing balcony (not recommended for noise-sensitive people). Free street/parking place, just ask about availability.
This serviced apartment has a bathroom, a kitchenette & dining area (with kitchenware, a microwave, fridge, wine cooler, and an induction stove), and a double size sofa bed as well. Other items are chairs, wardrobe, a Queen size bed, iron facilities upon request, etc. There is also a balcony great for fresh air!
Acces:
The access is through the main door of the property where the serviced apartment is located, entering there is a small lobby with the stairs that will take you to the apartment on the second floor.
Host interaction:
Visitors will enjoy complete privacy, as the apartment is one of two units on the second floor of a bigger property.

Merida is one of the safest cities in Mexico, the neighborhood is at the same time one of the safest in the city, it's also very relaxed. There is convenience and liquor stores just about 20 meters away. There is also a 24 hour store (Oxxo) about 5 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood also has a market, drugstores and more, all walking distance.
Transport access:
Easy to access by car, just driving along 59th street from the main square. Also accessible by several bus routes. Detail available upon request

We just wanted a place to sleep, shower, and relax between our adventures in Merida. This apartment was just as advertised and did the trick.
