Clean, basic room in a good location in Merida.

There are no staff present at all. You will be interacting with someone via WhatsApp. They were very responsive, but since we were the only guests at the property, it was a bit strange.

Cuenta con grandes zonas comunes muy cómodas. Estancia muy agradable.

Nos dieron código de acceso y todo funcionó perfecto. Había wifi, Netflix listo para elegir películas, un minibar con el congelador separado (excelente para guardar el estuche de la insulina de mi papá), la ducha tenía agua fuerte, había jabón líquido para el lavabo, el baño es amplio, bien iluminado, el aire no es del tipo que congela la habitación, muy agradable todo, había cafetera con 3 cápsulas y como 5 botellitas de agua. Pudimos comer en la cocina que hay y usar trastes y cubiertos, que dejamos lavados, ya que también está equipada la cocina. Estuvieron pendientes a través de mensajes, me contestaron pronto. El Uber a Plaza Altabrisa me costó menos de 50 pesos y pudimos caminar a cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor (10 a 15 minutos).

The location of the accommodation and the parking options were great for us. The cleanliness and facilities were also excellent. There were shared spaces, including a kitchen and a terrace, which we really appreciated.

The biggest downside for us was the constant noise from what seemed to be a water pump. It was extremely loud both day and night, running at intervals, and in our room it was very noticeable—to the point that it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The safe in our room was also not working. Although someone was supposed to come and fix it, it was never resolved during our stay.
