Price are including bills of elecricity, gas, water, cable TV, WIFI cover of internet 5 MBps, thash servis and servis for necesities in the garden (clean, water, cut etc.). Perfect for budget minded students, youth couples or pensioners. House is situated by quiet neighborhood near historic centre, about 15 minutes by taxi (20-30 Mexican pesos, cca 2-3 USD).
