Really clean, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, AC was perfect, the refrigerator was set very cold for your drinks and the pool was nice for quickly cooling down. The owner was quite helpful, he pointed me towards a drop off / pickup laundry service across the street, it was 60 pesos for 3 kilos of clothes, same day pickup.
It was mostly fine, the 3 rooms are adjacent to each other and the walls are thin. You can hear folks in the next room pretty easily.

The host is friendly and the location is fine
On the last night, I found 2 cockroaches and part of the wall has humidity and is falling apart.
