Good, safe, near to centre location. Well equipped apartment for a long term stay. Parking was very handy Raul & Mariluiz were helpful and responsive to our inquiries although making contact with them earlier would have given us more information about linens and laundry.There are a couple of roosters in a neighbouring property that wake you at 4-5 am if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise bed was comfortable, everthing worked well in the apartment and we enjoyed our stay for the month.

The VRBO was quite nice. Great location. Raul was very helpful. We had to cut our stay short , however we will rebook again in the fall of 2024. Thank you Bill P

The hosts were excellent accommodations were spotless and comfortable however the cooking facilities were lacking everything had to be fried boiled or microwaved as there was no oven so it made mealtime difficult.

We almost couldnt believe what a nice little apartment we were able to rent at such a bargain price. Best for us was that we were literally across the hall from a unit rented by our daughter and son-in-law. Raul and Mariluz were great hosts. Our rental car company messed up and we ended up taking the bus to Merida. Raul and Mariluz drove to the bus station and picked us up at nearly midnight. Condo was very clean, AC worked great. We had a fun week in Merida. The condo is about a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center square. Be aware the neighborhood rooster wakes up and lets everyone know at a very early hour.
