Stay Unique Apartments Mallorca III

Great central location with bars and restaurants and even an Aldi supermarket on the same block. A few minutes to the nearest metro station at the sagrada familia. And we had a great view of the sagrada familia from the balcony. The apartment is basic but fulfilled all our needs as a couple spending a week in the city. 😃

The sofa bed in the living room is useless as a sofa and as a bed. If you are booking this apartment and expecting someone to sleep on the sofa bed make sure they have changed the current one. Many people have complained in reviews but its still there!

Very near to center. Good position.

Silence and clean

Le quartier est agréable, aéré. De nombreuses commodités à proximité (commerces, marché, station de métro, arrêts de bus, etc...) : l'appartement est bien situé. Une bonne isolation anti-bruit et une literie confortable.

Attention ! Stay Unique nous a fait payé d'office 25€ de "frais de casse" (annoncé dans leur contrat)...sans que l'on ait cassé quoi que ce soit !!! 1ère fois que je vois cela en 40 ans de voyage !!! De plus, nous n'avons pas pu avoir de connexion WiFi : les codes donnés par Stay Unique n'étaient pas valables. Donc deux éléments très désagréables. A cela s'ajoute une pièce que nous n'avons pas utilisée du fait de la très mauvaise odeur (moisissures ? rat crevé ?) qui s'en dégageait...et quelques poils restant dans un coin de la salle de bain.

Quality of bath gel, shampoo, hand soap and bath towels were of low quality. We were there for 20 days so enough quantities were not given and had to buy Sofa cushions are worn out and not comfortable to sit on. Cold draft from elevator shaft. Shower drain was blocked so had to buy supplies to unblock.
