E4MAL1080 - Fabulous Flat next to Sagrada Familia

The location is great. 2 blocks away from Sagrada familia and metro station. The bus stop is right outside the door that takes you to the street. Plenty of bar and restaurants at walking distance. Very quiet.

There is no balcony or view through any of the windows. One opens on the internal stairs, two more on an internal small opening between walls and the last one above a terrace facing a wall. there is only one unit for air conditioning, but the two big standing fans available in the bedrooms kept the temperature down and the air circulating. The description says that the washer is also a dryer. I don't think so.

El departamento era tal como se mostraba en el anuncio: limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Louise, nuestra agente, fue encantadora. Siempre atenta, nos ayudó con todo lo que pudo y hasta nos consiguió ventiladores. ¡Un amor de persona! El proceso de check-in fue fácil y, en general, tuvimos una buena estancia.

El aire acondicionado solo está en el salón. El anuncio menciona A/C, y eso da a entender que hay también en las habitaciones. En verano, esto afecta bastante, especialmente si uno espera dormir fresco sin tener que dejar puertas abiertas y sacrificar privacidad. Antes de la llegada, nos enviaron mensajes diarios excesivamente largos que, en lugar de ser útiles, acababan siendo algo agobiantes. Hay cargos extra que no se explican con suficiente claridad al hacer la reserva: 30 € por check-in en sábado, un depósito de 300 €, etc. Sería mejor tener esta información más visible desde el inicio. La dirección en Booking era incorrecta y eso nos hizo caminar bastante en dirección equivocada. La devolución del depósito tardó más de lo esperado. Y como detalle menor, las toallas eran demasiado pequeñas.
