I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with our recent stay at Rate B3MAL1081 - New 2BR flat with private terrace in Barcelona. This apartment truly exceeded our expectations and was absolutely amazing! The location was fantastic, offering easy access to everything while remaining incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus. The private terrace was an absolute dream and significantly enhanced our stay. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable visit. We also discovered some wonderful little restaurants nearby that added to our enjoyable experience. What truly set this property apart was the exceptional professionalism and transparency of the property management team. Prior to our arrival, they proactively informed us about ongoing construction nearby, detailing the expected hours. We were pleasantly surprised, as we heard absolutely nothing disruptive during our stay – it was much better than anticipated! They also kindly pre-warned us about the possibility of the elevator being under repair, which was valuable information to have before arriving. Furthermore, the host who greeted us upon arrival, Joan, was incredibly kind, polite, and maintained constant communication with us before our stay, which made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Should I have the pleasure of returning to Barcelona, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again. It was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. Thank you so much to the whole team

Ruhige Lage, da Wohnung zum Innenhof und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und vieles mehr in unmittelbarer Nähe. Betten waren bequem und Internet hatte gute und schnelle Verbindung.

地理位置非常好！步行7min左右就到圣家堂，门口就是巴士站，去哪里都特别方便。而且对面就有一个超市，附近也有两三家超市，买东西也特别方便。 房子非常干净整洁，一切都井井有条，而且也很贴心为我们准备了洗衣凝珠、洗洁精，还有咖啡和橄榄油，非常便利！ btw，Cristina 真的超级赞！！及时响应我们的问题，非常有耐心。
