Blisko Sagrady i metra

We had a great stay at BB Apartments near Sagrada Família. The apartment is spacious and perfect for a family, with three bedrooms, two showers, and two toilets. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and the Sagrada Família. Just a note for future guests: the main entrance gate downstairs cannot be opened from the outside, and there’s no button or switch to open it from inside once you leave. Since you’re asked to leave the keys inside and close the apartment door, make sure someone stays downstairs to hold the main gate open while another person goes up to leave the keys and lock the door. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for families visiting Barcelona.

It is a nice, charming appartment with a view to Sagrada Familia. If only they wouldn't ruin the experience with their scammy way of doing business.

When coming to the appartment, we were given to sign a contract that we were not ok with (the agency/host obviously did not have any insurance in case of fire and some other disasters, so we had to take the responsability for). In addition we had to pay 200 eur caution, which will be given back if everything would be ok in the appartment while leaving it. BUT they refused that a member of the staff would come to check the appartment on our way out - they took the liberty to make the check without us, on their own, in 24 hours time after we leave. In the contract we also had to sign that they have 10 days to return the 200 eur caution. We asked while signing the contract and also a few times during those 10 days that when they will unblock our 200 eur, that they send us the proof of it. They never did! So we might be checking our bank account for quite some to oversee if they decide to take from us those 200 eur after all. Scam...
